Next step: Degree in Sports and Exercise Science
Ambition: Elite athlete
“I’ve been competing in triathlons for seven years and this year qualified to represent Great Britain and also to compete at the 2019 European Triathlon Union Multisport World Championships in Spain.
“I’m in the under 20s category, but I hope in the future to be racing on the world stage – hopefully in the Olympics.
“I chose Reaseheath because I’d heard the course was good and because the gym has professional standard equipment. I train with Newcastle (Staffs) Triathlon Club and on my own for around 20 hours a week, so it’s great to learn and socialise with students with the same interests.”
